Vision & Values

Our Vision:

to see people set free, made whole, equipped, empowered and serving.

What We Value:

God’s Presence: We value God’s presence. We believe that God is always present and His spirit is always there to lead and guide us both corporately and individually. It is our desire to recognize God’s prescence in our lives and in our services. We desire to be led by His Spirit in obedience and through surrender as we recognize and honor His presence in our midst.

People: We value people because God values people. He gave Jesus as a ransom for His creation. We are all His creation but Jesus came so we might become His children. Therefore we value people and believe in hope for every person because of Jesus Christ.

Truth (spoken in love): We value truth spoken in love and we believe God’s word is absolute truth. Jesus said. “you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” Truth spoken in love can make the difference in a person’s life. We want to celebrate the truth of God’s word in love so that people may be set free.

Integrity: We value in integrity. Integrity is who you are when no one is watching you. What you do and say in private is as important as what you do and say in public. We desire to do things as unto the Lord and to do those things with excellence. There is no substitute for doing things the right way, for being honest and having strong moral principles. We believe this is God’s ideal as we follow Him.

Authenticity: We value authenticity and believe in being real. Relevance and popularity are a matter of opinion and ever changing but authenticity is being genuine and real. Someone said, “be an original they are worth more than a copy. No one else can be you. God made you unique. You be You. God already sees and knows your qualities and your quarks. We value being real and authentic because we serve a real God who loves and cares for us.

Family Values: We value family and believe that the Church is an example of God’s family. We are brothers and sisters in faith and God is our Father. We also believe and value the sanctity of marriage.

Faith in God: We value God and put our faith in Him as our source. He is. He was. And He will always be. His character is faithful and secure. The Bible tells us, “without faith it is impossible to please God.” Faith is trust, belief and confidence. We put our faith in God and realize He is our source for all things.

Fellowship With One Another: We value fellowship. We believe our God is a God that is all about relationship. As the Body of Christ there is no better way to express relationship than sharing moments of fellowship with one another.
